RO Hair & Beauty Salon is seeking a Shop Manager to join our team.

We offer a wide range of services, including hairdressing, beauty treatments, party dressing, and bridal / wedding dressing – all under one roof.What you'll be doing

As our Shop Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the store - ensuring operations run smoothly, sales soar, and every customer feels like they've stepped into a world of beauty, confidence, and joy.

Leadership & Team Management :

Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing store team.

Lead daily store operations and inspire your team to exceed KPIs.

Develop your team in product knowledge and client care, conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and foster a motivating culture.

Manage store rosters to optimise team performance.

Customer Experience & Sales :

Deliver a premium customer experience with a service-first mindset.

Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs.

Ensure an exceptional in-store experience that delights every customer.

Act as a brand ambassador on the floor, lead promotional campaigns and support marketing initiatives.

Operations & Compliance :

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to budget.

Monitor inventory and support the ordering process to ensure stock availability.

Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal regulations and company policies and procedures.

What you'll bring

Minimum 3 years of retail experience, including in a leadership role.

Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Strong understanding of retail operations, financial management, and stock control.

Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and reporting tools.

Confident decision-making and conflict resolution skills.

Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for beauty, trends, and delivering next-level service.
