Overview

Farro is a grocery store focused on delivering a culinary adventure and an experience beyond simply filling a cart.

Responsibilities

Providing an outstanding customer experience
Managing stock, including ordering, merchandising, date-checking, and managing markdowns and wastage
Supervising operations across the store
Coaching and leading a team of direct reports

Qualifications

Retail leadership experience (at least 1 year) and experience working in the food retail industry (at least 2 years)

Experience and understanding of FMCG and / or retail environment

Knowledge of NZ food retail compliance and stock control processes

Relevant qualifications and licenses such as First Aid Certificate, Duty Managers Certificate and / or a current Forklift license

Benefits and Compensation

The salary band for this role is from $66,000 - $72,000 per annum for a 45-hour per week schedule across Sunday – Thursday. Benefits include free barista coffee, store product discounts, your birthday off, and opportunities for growth and advancement.
