As our Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face that greets residents, families, and staff each day—positive and approachable with a can-do attitude to every interaction.

Summerset Cambridge is preparing to welcome new residents and visitors to its village community, where connection and care are at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities

Providing outstanding front-desk service to residents, their families, visitors, and staff

Offering timely and efficient administrative and management support to both the Village and Care Centre teams

Maintaining accurate document control and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

We're looking for two part-time Receptionists to cover shifts across the following days :

Monday to Friday : 8 : 30am – 4 : 30pm

Saturday & Sunday : 9 : 00am – 3 : 00pm

The hours available will be a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 36 hours per week.

Ideally you will be able to work one weekend day between 9 : 00am - 3 : 00pm.

A strong background in customer service and administration

Ideally experience supporting a management team with day-to-day operations
