Library and Council Services Assistant - Mangere Town Centre Library
The opportunity has arisen to work as a Libraries & Council Services Assistant in the Māngere Ōtāhuhu Local Board Libraries based at Māngere Town Centre which is part of the Māngere Hub. This will require you to be flexible as you may need to work from other sites within the local board area, such as Mangere Bridge, Mangere East and Ōtāhuhu libraries.
Māngere Town Centre is a busy community library serving a diverse and vibrant community. Our library whānau is focused on caring for each other, our community, and our environment. We are looking for a flexible all-rounder to join and contribute as part of a high-achieving, cohesive, and dynamic team. You will be supporting the team and contributing to the day-to-day running of the library. As this is a customer service role, you will be helping customers from all walks of life.
Many of our libraries are open 7 days a week so flexibility around working days, including weekends and late nights, is required. We are looking to fill a 22hrs week part‑time role working across 3 days. Shifts below :

Salary range : $65k - $70k depending on experience
