The Programme Controls Manager Level Crossings is responsible for establishing and managing industry leading programme controls required to deliver the Level Crossing Removal Programme. This includes regular reporting of the programme status to the Head of Level Crossings and internal / external stakeholders.
The role provides specialist advice and support to ensure programme, cost and other controls are in place. This role requires a thorough knowledge of project and programme management processes, tools and techniques including cost control, scheduling, reporting, document management, change management and risk management. This role will be focused on the level crossing removal programme but may input to different programmes depending on business priorities.
