As Senior People & Culture Business Partner you’re a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Executives, senior leaders and people leaders driving the people and culture agenda to enable Chorus’ business strategy. You will operate as a core member of the Senior Leadership Team for your business portfolios, influencing and shaping strategic decision‑making through a people lens.
This fixed‑term parental leave opportunity is ideal for a P&C professional who thrives on variety, influence, and growth. You’ll coach and mentor senior and emerging leaders, support key people processes, and contribute to policy and framework design. Your role will blend hands‑on operational work with strategic advisory input – making a real impact on our people’s experience.
