Our Kids Early Learning Centre - Mataki Way Auckland

We are a family-owned ECE organisation (est. 2008) with four centres. Mataki Way is a purpose-built centre licensed for 60 tamariki (18 U2 / 42 O2). Our practice is inspired by Reggio and RIE, underpinned by Te Whāriki, and grounded in our commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Your impact

• Lead, coach and grow a high-performing team; embed aroha, collaboration and reflective practice.
• Provide curriculum leadership (Te Whāriki; inquiry and documentation) and lead the Professional Growth Cycle.
• Uphold compliance and licensing, health & safety, and ERO readiness.
• Build strong partnerships with whānau and community.
• Oversee day-to-day operations with the area manager and business manager, including staffing, resourcing, budgets and occupancy.
