About the role
This is a unique chance to make a real impact by reducing workplace injuries and improving recovery outcomes for our people. You'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing injury prevention strategies, adapting physical work tasks, and facilitating early access to medical treatment and return-to-work programs.
Based in Highbrook, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work across multiple operational sites. You'll collaborate closely with site leaders, medical providers, and our frontline teams to drive safer practices and support our people’s wellbeing whilst being part of our centralised Safety & Wellbeing team.
About You
As the ideal candidate for this role you will hold a tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy and will have hands-on experience in workplace injury prevention. Alongside this you will bring :
