As a Senior Investigations Advisor, you will use your technical expertise to guide and influence decision making, resolve customer complaints as well as managing a small portfolio of complex claims.
Reporting into the Technical Claims Manager, you will also be involved in upskilling the team of Specialists as well as the wider business in areas relating to fraud, investigations and emerging trends.
Typical duties include :
Managing a portfolio of complex investigation files.
Managing level two complaints and claim decision reviews on behalf of manager.
Mitigating the risk of and cost of fraud to AAI by providing technical expertise, advice and decision support to team and wider business.
Playing a key role in ensuring fair and timely decisions are made in line with our vision, purpose and claims philosophy.
Facilitating fraud awareness sessions within our business to lift capability, knowledge and provide awareness of our team function.
Proactively share opinions and knowledge to support continuous improvement of our team, upskilling our people and improving our processes to ensure we are delivering a high standard of effective and efficient customer and investigation outcomes.
A bit about you :
You are passionate about fraud investigations and are comfortable sharing your knowledge and expertise at all levels of our business.
Your ability to manage complex situations, critically analyse information and think outside the box will be essential to ensuring we are delivering fair and timely outcomes no matter the situation.
You will have proven experience within a fraud and / or investigations role.
Preferably, you will also have previous leadership and / or coaching experience along with a passion for helping others to upskill.
