About the Role

Do you thrive in dynamic environments where no two days are the same? The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is looking for a skilled and adaptable Senior Field Intelligence Officer OR Field Intelligence Officer to join our national field intelligence team.
We’re seeking candidates who bring a mix of field experience, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills. You’ll need to be comfortable working in ambiguous situations, making sound judgements, and engaging with a wide range of people.
You will identify and gather sources of information using a variety of methods, working within legal and operational parameters to meet tactical, operation, and strategic intelligence requirements, ensuring all relevant information is explored to develop credible intelligence for an identifies and tasked regulatory and / or intelligence outcome.
