Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing :
- Assist with administrative tasks, legal research, and evidence review
- Prepare for hearings, trials, and appeals
- Appear regularly in court and develop your own caseload
- Assist with trials and, when ready, run your own trials under supervision
- Work within Augusta Chambers, specialising in criminal law
About You
The company is looking for :
Graduate or lawyer with 0 to 3 years’ PQEExperience in criminal law and court appearances preferredEquivalent of Supervised Provider or PAL 1 approval, or in process of completing legal professionals if recent graduateInterest in criminal law defence and advocacyEmpathy, resilience, strong work ethic, organisational skills, and attention to detailCompensation & Benefits
