An established, full-service firm with a strong reputation and a genuine team culture is looking to add a Family Lawyer to its growing practice. The firm has modern offices in Wellington and Rotorua and offers a collaborative environment with long-term career progression.

Team and culture

You’ll be joining a close-knit family law team that’s known for its supportive, inclusive, and down-to-earth culture. The group works together both in and out of the office, taking part in corporate challenges, social events, and team initiatives. Development and mentoring are a real focus, with structured training, ongoing learning opportunities, and strong partner support.

Responsibilities

• Role offers a varied mix of both private and legal aid family work.
• Exposure to relationship property, parenting disputes, family violence, adoption, care and protection, family protection, and estate matters.
• Work with a team that balances experienced practitioners and junior lawyers, providing supervision and the opportunity to build expertise across the full family law spectrum.
