Job Description

The Legal Adviser will play an important role in providing legal advice to the Australian and New Zealand business across various areas, including operations support, clinician contracts, commercial contracts (including government contracts), disputes, privacy issues, M&A / joint ventures, regulatory matters, complaints / disputes, compliance and legal risk management.

This role requires sound commercial judgment and the ability to deliver practical legal advice that is balanced with other risks and business priorities.

The Legal Adviser will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with members of the Executive Leadership Team, as well as with Regional Operations Managers and more broadly with the functional teams within the support offices in Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to the Australian and New Zealand business across operations support, clinician contracts, commercial contracts (including government contracts), disputes, privacy issues, M&A / joint ventures, regulatory matters, complaints / disputes, compliance and legal risk management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members of the Executive Leadership Team, Regional Operations Managers, and functional teams within the support offices in Australia and New Zealand.
