This is a rare opportunity to join a firm large enough to handle significant matters but small enough for you to have visibility, autonomy, and a clear path forward.This position would suit a lawyer with 3+ years PQE who is looking to elevate their corporate and commercial practice while working alongside a team known for their client-focused approach and collegiate culture.About the WorkYou'll work with a mix of private and corporate clients across a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including : M&A, business sales, shareholder arrangements and structuringPrivate capital raising, angel investment and regulatory complianceDrafting and negotiating commercial contracts, distribution and procurement agreementsAdvising on employee share schemes, AML compliance, and consumer lawCommercial property transactions, including leasing, sales and developmentWhy Consider This Role?
