About The Role

We're seeking a passionate Legal Counsel to join our collaborative and dynamic ANZ Corporate Legal Team at Fujitsu. This is a blended role across employment and commercial law which involves providing legal support in commercial transactions, employment matters, and disputes across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in either Sydney, Melbourne, or Auckland.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to support business negotiations, minimise risk, and protect Fujitsus commercial interests.
• Advise on employment law matters, including compliance with changing legislation and workplace regulations.
• Support dispute resolution by preparing legal advice, responses, and evidence.
• Guide the business on contractual obligations and ensure alignment with internal policies and customer standards.
• Build strong working relationships across teams, contributing to a positive and collaborative legal function.
