Hse Advisor F / M

We're looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to join our Auckland Airport Project team, in this complex and dynamic environment.

You will be an integral part of our on-site presence, supporting the delivery of health, safety and environmental initiatives and activities, in line with industry standards.About the roleProvide HSE support across the Project and Operations & Maintenance teamsLead site safety initiatives, actively participate in toolbox talks and pre-start meetingsConduct safety-by-design assessments and ensure compliance with national standardsMonitor and report onsite HSE performanceInvestigate incidents and develop corrective action plans and assist with injury managementLiaise with various stakeholders i.e. client, tier 1 contractor, subcontractors and internal teamsUphold industry safety standards in line with legislative requirementsHours : This role is based on site, generally working Mon–Fri (but required flexibility to work weekends and nights as required)
