The Higgins Maintenance JV Team working on the Ara Tuhono Puhoi to Warkworth project (P2W) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior EHSQ Compliance Advisor to join the team.
This is a sole-charge role that requires extensive legislative knowledge and compliance expertise.
You will have experience in client-facing interactions and the confidence to communicate effectively and provide coaching at all levels.
The successful candidate will have a high level of compliance for ISO
This full-time role is based at our project office in Warkworth.

What You Will Bring To The Role
Expert knowledge of New Zealand's legislative environment, including HSE, ACC, HSNO, and industry guidelines and standards
Comprehensive understanding of construction industry legislation, regulatory frameworks, and contract requirements
Proven leadership experience in advising, collaborating, and engaging diverse stakeholders
Ability to motivate, influence, and empower teams to achieve individual and organisational goals
Demonstrated expertise in overseeing and leading EHSQ audits, including planning, execution, inspections, compliance assessments, stakeholder engagement, and corrective action implementation
Strong knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety systems to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
Exceptional organisational skills, confident in managing multiple work streams and prioritising deadlines effectively
Ability to articulate complex information clearly and confidently across all levels, including senior leadership, operational teams, and external stakeholders
