These bespoke, purpose-built developments located strategically across the region will see Fisher & Paykel create a centre for excellence in appliance design and innovation in Aotearoa New Zealand.

We're looking for an inspiring

You'll oversee the implementation and evolution of our global design systems, ensuring every campaign and asset reflects appropriate brand aesthetic while driving creative efficiency and speed-to-market.In this role, you'll champion innovation — leveraging automation, AI, and our "ingredients" model to deliver effective marketing assets at scale without compromising brand integrity.

With a strong partnership approach across Brand & Content, Digital, and wider Marketing, you'll help embed best practice design workflows and foster collaboration across teams.

You will have proven success leading design systems and execution for premium or diverse brands.A confident design thinker, you blend creativity with strategic and commercial understanding.
