About the Role

As the guardian of the Mitre 10 brand, you’ll drive brandpreference and emotional connection across both consumer and trade audiences.You’ll lead a talented team of marketers, craft integrated marketing strategies and deliver high-impact campaigns that resonate with our customersand communities.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll :

• Champion our brand identity and evolve our brandarchitecture.
• Lead the development of promotional calendarsand content strategies.
• Drive community engagement through initiativeslike Helping Hands.
• Collaborate with internal and externalstakeholders including agency partners, Store Members, and the ExecutiveLeadership Team.
• Play a key role in shaping our marketingstrategy and broader business direction.
