Property Consultant

As a Property Consultant, your primary focus will be on assisting with tasks related to the acquisition and disposal of properties for clients, including government departments, agencies, and councils. Knowledge of the Public Works Act and relevant legislation is desirable. You will collaborate with our team of over 40 professionals. Together, we foster a culture of collaboration and empowerment, constantly challenging conventional norms.

Skills And Experience

• A relevant property, legal, or related tertiary qualification.
• Preferably a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a related property or legal discipline.
• Knowledge of relevant NZ standards, legislation, and practices, particularly the Public Works Act 1981, would be beneficial — let us know if you have experience!
• Experience and confidence in dealing with property owners and various property professionals, including surveyors, valuers, lawyers, and accredited agents.
• Client relationship experience and a client-centric focus.
