You'll help manage the strategic and day-to-day property management of our property network and work with the wider team to guide and implement property decisions across the business.ResponsibilitiesLiaise with external partners (landlords, agents, valuers and consultants) on proposals to ensure clear communication and execution of business objectivesImplement the endorsed property portfolio strategy through negotiation of property transactions to improve existing sites and ensure the network delivers exceptional resultsBuild, manage and enhance relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure property requirements are understood, with a focus on end-to-end solutionsProvide board reporting to seek capital for store renewal projects and other lease transactionsQualifications & Experience3+ years of experience in a commercial property roleTertiary qualification in propertyGood understanding of commercial leases and proven experience managing a portfolio of propertiesStrong business and financial acumen with excellent influencing and negotiation skillsAbility to engage, build and maintain key stakeholder relationshipsProven ability to prioritise and manage a wide range of commercial property initiativesAbility to balance commercial outcomes with our Ways of WorkingBenefits & What You'll GetGenuine flexibility in how and where you workOngoing development within an ANZ team and access to COE / specialist career opportunitiesGrocery discount card and discounted online shopping deliveryBanking and insurance discounts (health, life, etc.)Global and local career opportunitiesAbout Woolworths NZWith over 185 stores and 20,000 team members across Aotearoa, we make Kiwi lives better every day.
