Regardless of your choice to walk, cycle, drive, take the ferry or train, we are passionate about delivering safe, efficient, innovative and sustainable options whilst providing a transport system that will create a vibrant and connected Auckland.ResponsibilitiesProcessing the following property focused applications in a professional and timely manner : Removal of Building Line Restrictions; Removal of Limitations as to Parcel; Road Encroachment approvals; Road Stopping approvals.Providing a quality customer service experience to the general public for enquiries within the team\'s areas of expertise.Providing quality technical property advice to AT\'s internal teams, CCOs and the public with regard to AT\'s policies and guidelines and applicable statutory processes.Engaging and managing external consultants and professionals such as lawyers, valuers, surveyors and LINZ consultants.About YouTertiary qualification in property, planning, law or a related discipline or recent study.5+ years of experience in property and / or planning including leasing, licensing and property transactions.Experience in Local Government Act, Public Works Act and other statutory and public sector processes.Experience with Landonline and knowledge of e-dealing, searching records of title, spatial searching, encumbrances and registered interests.
