This role supports the operational and client-facing functions of HCA Immigration Limited, focusing on immigration case management, administrative coordination, and customer relationship management.
The position requires a strong understanding of immigration processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do :
Support Licensed Immigration Adviser with visa processes
Manage client files and timelines
Communicate with clients, migrants and employers
Provide administrative and compliance support
Prepare service agreements, MoUs, and onboarding documentation
Maintain digital and physical records in line with privacy and compliance standards
Provide timely updates and guidance throughout the immigration process
Handle escalations professionally and empathetically
Monitor changes in immigration policy and update internal processes accordingly
Interpret legislation relevant to immigration and employment.
Provide support and updates to HCA Immigration staff overseas
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Contribute to the development of best practices and internal policies
Participate in team discussions to enhance service delivery and client experience
What We're Looking For :
NZQF Level 4 qualification or higher, prefer a relevant university degree
3+ years in admin, immigration, or customer service
Strong communication and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Ezymigrate experience a plus)
Desirable :
Knowledge of AEWV & NZ immigration policies
Experience with migrant communities
Multilingual skills (Tagalog / Bisaya)
