We're looking for a Business Support Administrator to join a busy marketing and sales support team.
This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, and maintaining CRM and marketing systems to ensure seamless daily operations.
Temporary position starting this week!
1 month at this stage, with potential for extension Location : Mount Wellington Responsibilities Respond to daily sales and marketing enquiries Log cases and create contacts in CRM systems Coordinate events and send confirmation / reminder emails Prepare promotional materials (posters, e-flyers) using templates Generate attendance lists and QR codes for trainings Update attendance records and maintain event calendars Monitor stock levels of marketing materials Manage marketing requests submitted via forms (JotForm) Create and update website content as required Order marketing materials and merchandise Support marketing logistics such as arranging event supplies and merchandising Handle purchase orders and credit card reconciliations for sales and marketing teams Assist with marketing campaigns, including reminders for expiry and outreach emails Coordinate event logistics such as booking venues, catering, and sound systems About You Previous experience in administration or support roles preferred Strong organizational and coordination skills Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems a plus Excellent communication and time management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic website editing Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a reputable company while developing your support and admin skills in a vibrant industry.
