About the Role
This role is unique because you'll administer a wide range of essential services.
From providing front-line customer support at our busy enquiries desk, to coordinating meeting rooms, issuing ID cards, and overseeing uniform distribution, you'll ensure everything runs seamlessly.
You'll support the key administrative processes that keep our hospital running smoothly, and create a welcoming experience for patients, visitors, and staff alike.

We need someone who is a quick learner, tech-savvy, and possesses great customer service skills.
You'll be someone who consistently goes the extra mile and is a true team player, ready to contribute to our collaborative environment.
This is a 0.4 FTE role, working 32 hours per fortnight.
Shifts are rostered between 7 : 30 AM and 8 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Saturday and Sunday.
Shifts will be mostly 4 hours in length, with some 8 hour shifts as roster requires it.
You will be based at Waikato Hospital.

Our department is dedicated to providing top-notch services in meeting room coordination and AV, catering, ID cards issuance, uniform distribution, cleaning and sanitation, linen management, washroom maintenance, facilities management, rural security and attendants, Enquiries desks, and the seamless integration of volunteers and chaplains.
