Provide efficient and effective administrative and office support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school by supporting the School Manager, Dean, Heads of programmes, staff and students, and visitors of the School of Science.
This role is varied and exciting as your scope of work will range from being the friendly face that's the first point of contact at the school office, supporting the coordination of the annual timetable of student-related academic processes, coordinating rooms and resources, assistance with staff travel requests, bookings and queries, assistance with purchasing and processing payments, contributing to organisation of key events, as well as being the seamless interface between the School and our Student Services team.
Salary will be in the range of $71,275 to $84,695 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus.
