The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and work across The Grille by Eichardt's and Eichardt's Bar.

You will prepare and deliver exceptional quality food and run a busy service, working either independently or as part of a team.

We are looking for hard-working and dedicated kitchen professionals, with creative flair and initiative, who are committed to upholding our high-quality standards and OH&S policies.

Key responsibilities :

Work closely with the Sous Chef and kitchen team to prepare and deliver exceptional food

Uphold high-quality standards of preparation and presentation through cooking techniques and attention to detail

Communicate effectively with managers and front of house team

Adhere to OH&S policies

Prepping for the following day, preserving food to OH&S standards

Assist with kitchen clean up at end of shift

As the successful candidate you will have :

3+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie

Ability to work independently in the kitchen

Competence in managing prep and service simultaneously

Ambitious, enthusiastic and a team player

Strong time management and communication skills

Flexibility in available hours, including late nights and early mornings
