We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team.

As Chef de Partie, you'll be at the heart of creating an exceptional experience for our guests.

You will work alongside our Head Chef, curating and perfecting seasonal & delicious dishes.QualificationsProven experience as a Chef (minimum 3 years experience).

Passion for excellence & the ability to create delicious dishes.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a diverse and tasty menu.Oversee kitchen operations.Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently met.Maintain a positive and productive work environment.Rotating food stock and ordering.Planning and executing dishes based on appropriate food and labour costs.Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.Selective staff training when required.Full time role with a minimum of 30 hours for the right candidate.Competitive hourly rate or salary.No late nights.
