This is a full-time or part-time position.

How You'll Shine As the Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, planning and designing menus that align with financial goals and appeal to all guests, providing Food and Beverages in a timely and professional manner.

How You'll Shine Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Prioritizing food safety and hygiene of food preparation as outlined in HACCP principles and local guidelines.

Preparing, producing, and presenting all foods according to Food Hygiene and Safety standards.

Demonstrating eagerness to increase food knowledge and skills.

Striving to minimize food wastage.

Providing an exceptional guest experience.

Contributing ideas on menus, rosters, and team issues.

Auditing kitchen stock and grocery lines daily and ordering stock as required.

• What You'll Bring To succeed, you will be : Holding relevant trade qualifications or have three (3) years of relevant experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) — desirable but not essential Fluent in English (written and verbal) Experienced in Food & Beverage in a Hotel / Resort environment Driven to deliver an exceptional guest experience Adaptive with a vision for quality products Able to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, and holidays Where Memories Start with You Hospitality is at the core of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
