Payroll OfficerAiredale Property Trust (APT) is a property investment, management and development trust affiliated with the Methodist Church (MMN) of New Zealand.
Together, the Three Trusts (MMN, APT and Lifewise) hold and manage directly a portfolio of social housing, retirement villages, retail and residential properties.
The payroll function is part of the Finance team who provide a shared service across The Three Trusts.Purpose of PositionThe Payroll Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the Group Payroll Manager to ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services across The Three Trusts.
As second-in-command (2IC), you will oversee day-to-day payroll operations, maintain adherence to relevant legislation, and act as the primary escalation point in the Payroll Manager's absence.
