Location : Wellington Regional Hospital

Contract : Permanent, Full time 1.0 and part time 0.8 FTE HCA positions, Rostered and Rotating

Are you passionate about helping others live well at home? We're looking for caring, reliable Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to join our team in Community Health Service - Wellington.

Positions Available :

• Full-time & Part-time roles
• Morning shifts : 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm
• Evening shifts : 1 : 30pm - 10 : 00pm
• Days : Monday to Sunday

As an HCA, you'll support patients in their homes with personal care and household tasks, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery. You'll work closely with District Nurses to ensure safe, high-quality care.

About the Team / Service / Location

The Community Health Service, Wellington Health Care Assistants team is based at the Ewart building, 2 Coromandel Street, Newtown. The HCAs assist with routine tasks of daily living for patients under delegation and direction from a Registered Nurse (District Nurse).
