Community Health Service - Wellington
Are you passionate about helping others live well at home? We're looking for caring, reliable Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to join our team in Community Health Service - Wellington.
Positions Available :
As an HCA, you'll support patients in their homes with personal care and household tasks, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery. You'll work closely with District Nurses to ensure safe, high-quality care.

About the Team / Service / Location
The Community Health Service, Wellington Health Care Assistants team is based at the Ewart building, 2 Coromandel Street, Newtown. The HCAs assist with routine tasks of daily living for patients under delegation and direction from a Registered Nurse (District Nurse).
