Support Worker / Kaitautoko, Wellington – Casual and Permanent

With recent growth in our residential service, we are seeking individuals interested in making a difference in people's lives.

As a support worker, you will empower clients to achieve independence and inclusion in daily life.

You will be part of a friendly, dedicated team committed to delivering excellent care and support.

Effective communication skills.

Capacity to promote independence, choice, and participation in activities.

Good time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous caregiving experience is advantageous but not essential.

NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (or equivalent) at Level 2 or above is desirable; however, we are open to candidates without relevant qualifications.

Please Note :

Roles available include full-time, part-time, and casual positions, all based in

Fairfield, Wellington.

Guaranteed minimum of

37.5 hours per week

for full-time roles.

Work schedule includes days from Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster, including weekends and possibly night shifts.

Remuneration :

Pay is aligned with the pay equity scale.

Minimum rate :

$22.49 gross / hour (L0)

, maximum rate :

$28.25 gross / hour (L4)

Pay bands depend on qualifications.
