As a support worker, you will empower clients to achieve independence and inclusion in daily life.
You will be part of a friendly, dedicated team committed to delivering excellent care and support.

Good time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous caregiving experience is advantageous but not essential.
NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (or equivalent) at Level 2 or above is desirable; however, we are open to candidates without relevant qualifications.
Please Note :
Roles available include full-time, part-time, and casual positions, all based in
Fairfield, Wellington.
Guaranteed minimum of
37.5 hours per week
for full-time roles.
Work schedule includes days from Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster, including weekends and possibly night shifts.

Remuneration :
Pay is aligned with the pay equity scale.
Minimum rate :
$22.49 gross / hour (L0)
, maximum rate :
$28.25 gross / hour (L4)
Pay bands depend on qualifications.
