We're looking for energetic, positive, and resilient Support Workers to join a team supporting a vibrant young man who attends high school and is living life to the fullest.This is more than a job - it's about helping someone grow, explore, and live a truly meaningful life.

You'll be alongside him as he tries new things, learns important life skills, and enjoys great fun and new experiences.Some days will be full of laughter, adventure, and creativity.

Others will require patience, problem-solving, and supporting him through challenging behaviours.

Every day, you'll know that what you do matters.You'll work closely with his whanau, who play an active and important role in his life.
