This is a permanent, full-time role working Tuesday to Friday, 10 : 00 am to 6 : 30 pm, based in Wellington.
You'll join our Northern Mobile Team, supporting Tangata Whai Ora to live independently, achieve their goals, and stay connected with their communities.
You'll bring compassion, curiosity, and energy to your mahi — no two days are the same, and everyone makes a difference.
Responsibilities include :
Support people to build confidence and wellbeing.Provide medication support and recovery-focused care.Help angata whai ora connect with their communities, building the relationships that matter most.Work alongside Registered Health Professionals with a common purpose.Manage your caseload with a supportive, inclusive team.

We're seeking an empathetic, organised, and passionate individual who empowers others to live their best lives and values collaboration, cultural understanding, and equity.
You'll need :
A current full driver's licence.A current first aid certificate (or be willing to obtain one).
Preferred applicants will hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent or be currently working towards one.Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the articles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi.You must have the right to work in New Zealand.
