We're looking for caring, reliable Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to join our team in Community Health Service Kenepuru.Positions Available : Full-time & Part-time rolesMorning shifts : 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pmEvening shifts : 1 : 30pm - 10 : 00pmDays : Monday to SundayAs an HCA, you'll support patients in their homes with personal care and household tasks, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.
You'll work closely with District Nurses to ensure safe, high-quality care.Your responsibilities include : Assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, and positioningSupporting food preparation and elimination needsProviding home help and emotional supportWhat we offer : Ongoing education and supportA collaborative, patient-focused team environmentAbout the Team / Service / LocationThe Community Health Service, Kenepuru Health Care Assistants team is based at the Community Health building, on the Kenepuru Community Hospital campus.
The HCAs assist with routine tasks of daily living for patients under delegation and direction from a Registered Nurse (District Nurse).
