About the Role

Take ownership of a high-value client base across a mix of industries, with turnovers up to $30M

Provide strategic insights to clients at board meetings, supporting growth, compliance, and business transitions

Lead complex projects, negotiate with the IRD, and resolve challenging accounting or compliance matters

Lead a small team, manage workflow, and review work to ensure quality and accuracy

Support succession planning, with the opportunity to take ownership of part of the practice

About You

5 years of experience within a New Zealand accounting firm

CA qualified

Ideally hold your CPP or have the desire to gain your CPP

Exceptional communication skills with an outgoing personality, motivated to step into a partner role in a one-partner firm

Continuously learn and apply new knowledge, demonstrating initiative and a self-starting approach
