The Trade Support Team (Operations) supports the planning and execution of in-store trade experiences across The Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery stores.

This role ensures promotional, seasonal, and event-based activity is delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard, enhancing customer engagement and driving sales.

Quick snapshot of the role :

Trade execution support – Assist in delivering national promotional, seasonal, and campaign events in-store.

Prepare execution packs, layouts, and visual guides for stores.

Store capability and support – Provide clear instructions and tools to stores for successful execution.

Respond to store queries and support resets as needed

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with VM specialists, Merchandise, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and feasibility of initiatives

Project Coordination – Support the creation and tracking of execution timelines for campaigns and events.

Ensure milestones are met and issues are escalated promptly

Customer Experience Focus – Use store feedback and customer insights to suggest improvements to trade experiences

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who gets retail – you know how stores tick, what great execution looks like, and what they need from the Store Trading Experience team to truly deliver.

Our wishlist :

Strong understanding of store operations

Experience in retail operations or visual merchandising

Skilled in managing and resolving retail execution and event challenges

Familiarity with space planning or visual merchandising tools

A collaborative mindset – you work well with others and know how to influence

Curious, open-minded, and always looking to test, learn, and improve

Experience supporting national retail campaigns
