We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our
Network Support Team
in a part-time capacity, two 32-hour roles available.

As an all-rounder in our Networks Support team, you'll play a pivotal role in creating exceptional experiences for our leisure centre customers.
This role offers opportunities for upskill training and ongoing development across various areas, including :
Lifeguarding duties
Customer support
Fitness centre operations
Recreational programs
Centre cleanliness and safety
This dynamic role provides cover for planned leave and training sessions across multiple leisure centres, including Howick Leisure Centre, Lloyd Elsmore Park, Manurewa, Otara, Papatoetoe Centennial, Allan Brewster, Moana-Nui-a-Kiwa Pools and Leisure Centres.
Working on a variable roster with fortnightly changes, shifts occur between 5 AM and 10 PM, with at least one weekend day required.
Key responsibilities :
Maintain a safe environment through proactive supervision and positive customer interactions.
Educate and enforce pool rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Respond promptly to first aid emergencies.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the pool and surrounding areas.

This is a hybrid position that allows you to develop lifeguard, customer service, fitness and recreation capabilities.
We're seeking confident swimmers and dedicated individuals with a passion for helping others.
You'll need to :
Swimming test requirements
Swim 200 m freestyle in less than 6 minutes.
Swim 50 m breaststroke.
Swim 25 m sidestroke.
Tread water for 5 minutes.
Retrieve objects from the bottom of a 5 m pool.
Ideal candidates will also :
Have proven administration and communication skills.
Demonstrate maturity, reliability, and outstanding customer service.
Hold a full driver's licence and have access to your own vehicle for roster flexibility.
Be available to attend Lifeguard Training at WestWave (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM; dates confirmed during the interview).
