Network Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Deliver network upgrade and refresh projects across multiple business sites.

Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and cloud network environments.

Implement endpoint upgrades including switches, routers, and wireless access points.

Ensure security, performance optimisation, and high availability of network services.

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams on integration.

Provide technical troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience delivering network projects and large endpoint rollouts.

Strong knowledge of routing, switching, TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.

Hands-on experience with enterprise vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba).

Cloud networking (Azure, AWS, or hybrid) and network security expertise.

Exposure to SD-WAN, Zero Trust, and NAC solutions.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

CCNP / CCIE or equivalent certifications.

ITIL or CompTIA Network+ / Security+.

Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
