This includes providing a rapid and efficient resolution service for any issues, problems, and complaints with escalation to other IT support teams.You will provide 1st & 2nd Level IT support which includes : Ensuring your site's day-to-day services (including meeting rooms) are operational and available, with all support tasks being conducted and completed successfully.End users will receive a consistently high standard of service, including evaluating and resolving routine user problems through hardware, software, or system maintenance and liaising with external support contractors, as appropriate, for additional assistance.Supporting and instructing end users in using computer equipment and software applications, answering questions, and assisting in resolving problems regarding the methods and procedures for using applications.Performing the installation of new hardware / software; installing, testing, and monitoring the operation of computer hardware and software; configuring hardware and software; and undertaking updates as required.Create Incidents & Requests for all reported issues under relevant policies and global service-level agreements.
Ensure closure details are accurate and verified.You will collaborate closely with the other team members locally and virtually to ensure all provide the same quality support services and assist with improving the quality of processes, practices, and services to on-site support.About you : An IT qualification is ideal but not essential.Experience of at least 2 to 5 years in an IT support function and end-user support / desktop support role.Passionate about customer / end-user service and willing to go the extra mile.Strong communication skills and the ability to manage expectations with multiple stakeholders / personalities.Curious with a continuous learning / growth mindset.Solutions-driven, collaborative, and relationship-oriented.Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.Work on landmark projects around the world and embrace opportunities to make an even bigger impact in the communities you care about.
