Overview

The Senior IT Support Specialist role is part of Rocket Lab’s IT team. You will work closely with the IT Client Services Team Lead and multiple IT teams, including Infrastructure and Launch, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be the senior on-site support person for the staff at our Auckland Production Complex (APC).

What You'll Get To Do

• Carrying out the day-to-day functions required to provide the efficient delivery of IT services to Rocket Lab
• You will also be first point of contact for onboarding of new hires to ensure they are set up and productive from day one
• Provide instruction, guidance, technical support and documentation to different teams
• Deliver and support IT systems through efficient management of the IT Service Desk
• Build strong relationships - be the Subject Matter Expert
• Provide some Launch Operation support during Launch periods
