Service Desk Technician

to join our IT team and support our stores, distribution centres, and head office across New Zealand and Australia.

Role Overview

As a Service Desk Technician, you\'ll be the first point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting, and incident management.

You\'ll provide Level 1 & 2 technical support across a variety of systems, proactively manage escalations, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders - all while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and efficient support via phone and email.

Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 & 2 IT incidents across software, hardware, and systems.

Support MS Office, Active Directory, and Office 365 environments.

Manage escalations to third-party suppliers where required.

Identify and escalate security or system issues.

Build strong relationships with internal teams and deliver an exceptional IT customer experience.

Requirements

Relevant IT qualification or course (CompTIA A+ or Network+ a bonus).

Knowledge of MS Office, Active Directory, and Office 365.

Excellent communication skills - confident over the phone and clear in writing.

Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Recent graduates or candidates with up to 6 months\' IT work experience encouraged to apply.

Availability to work late nights and weekends on call
