About the roleAs our Digital Operations Team Lead, you'll head up the Digital Operations team, combining cultural, technical and process expertise to deliver best-in-class DevSecOps operations.
Accountable for service performance across our enterprise platforms, you'll ensure they are reliable, secure, and available 24 / 7 - all while empowering a high-performing culture that delivers great outcomes for our people and customers.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operations.

About youYou're a proven technical leader with a passion for building high-performing teams, developing capability, and delivering outcomes in complex enterprise environments.
With deep experience across infrastructure architecture and DevSecOps operations, you're someone who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused settings where collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence matter most.You're not only technically strong, but also a great communicator and relationship builder.
Whether it's guiding your team, engaging with stakeholders, or managing vendors, you bring influence, clarity, and a collaborative working style — all while being able to work autonomously and make confident decisions.
Adaptable and curious, you're comfortable with change, challenge, and the need to constantly evolve.You'll bringA strong track record in technical team leadership, vendor management, and building diverse, high-performing teams.Experience in infrastructure architecture and DevSecOps operations within medium to large enterprises — ideally with exposure to retail or customer-focused environments.Proven ability to deliver services that operate on a 24 / 7 basis, with strong incident management and problem-solving skills across complex enterprise landscapes.Excellent planning, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.A growth mindset — curious, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement, with the ability to inspire and lead in an Agile environment.Experience awesome.
