Group IT Operations and Support Analyst – Fulton Hogan
Fulton Hogan is looking for a skilled analyst to support our Data and Analytics environments across New Zealand and Australia. This is a fixed‑term secondment until 6 July 2026 with flexible hours to cover both countries.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out operational activities and support for Fulton Hogan’s Data and Analytics environments.
- Management of the Data and Analytics ITSM queue.
- Management and resolution of customer queries.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline operations and support activities.
- Maintenance of daily checks.
- Oversee and carry out the monitoring and support of pipeline processes and environments.
- Adhere to best practices for source control and release management standards.
- Administer and maintain the security model and Power BI environments.
- Daily recon of Finance, People and Sales data.

A relevant tertiary qualification.Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role, using Microsoft BI stack, and supporting Data and Analytics solutions in a complex organisation.Strong analytical, critical thinking and proven troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication (both verbal and written).Work experience with a modern data platform (Databricks / Snowflake – desirable).Desirable Experience
Data platform monitoring and administration (including SQL Server and SSIS – intermediate level).Release management and pipelines.Documentation using Confluence or similar platforms.Experience with database technologies such as Azure Analysis Services and DAX.Business Intelligence tools, particularly Power BI.Use of project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, GIT, or similar).Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., JDE or comparable).Direct collaboration with customers and software engineers.Application Details
