We are proud of our supportive and collaborative environment and are looking for a talented RN to join our small team to continue our essential service.In the role of Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be providing specialist nursing care and expert advice to support staff in the management of care delivery for Infection Prevention and Control within a variety of settings including Hospital, other public health settings, and Aged Residential Care (ARC).
The main responsibilities of your role will include (but are not limited to) : Preparing for and responding to newly emerging viral infections within the hospital and ARC communityWorking as part of a multi-disciplinary teamProviding specialist, evidence-based advice, care, support, and expertiseProviding education and support for all staff on all aspects of the Infection Prevention and Control ProgrammeModelling expert clinical skills, promoting best practice, facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration and providing educationSupporting the implementation of Nga Parewa Health and Disability Services standard (NZS
