About the role
Assist clients and their whānau
Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and social workers
Understand interventions and rehabilitation plans to help older people and those with complex disabilities regain independence and remain in their own homes longer

About you
New Zealand Enrolled Nurse with a current annual practicing certificate
Nursing experience including stroke, orthopaedic, frail elderly, and other neurological conditions
Strong understanding of optimising patient outcomes
Ability to facilitate effective rehabilitation
Patient-centred and evidence-based approach

Salary range
This role belongs to the expired NZNO Collective Agreement and falls between Step 1 ($69,934 p.a.) and Step 5 ($83,349 p.a. pro rata) of the EN scale.
