The Role

Reporting to the General Manager – Enliven Services, you will provide clinical oversight across our care homes, providing professional supervision to our clinical managers as well as direct management of 1-2 staff. You will be a manager influencing the clinical direction of the organisation and driving initiatives for Presbyterian Support Otago to achieve clinical excellence. You will manage serious complaints and provide guidance and support for incident reviews. The wider Enliven team of residential managers and Quality Advisor, together with support of the Senior Leadership Team, will provide you with exceptional support to thrive and succeed in this role. Hours and Location : This is a permanent position based in our Dunedin office, working 32 - 40 hours per week. Travel may be required within Otago.
