This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving SHEQ performance, ensuring compliance, and fostering a proactive safety culture across diverse operational environments.As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will : Provide strategic direction and expert advice on SHEQ matters to internal stakeholders and clientsLead and mentor a team of SHEQ Business Partners and operational leaders, enhancing capability and embedding best practicesOversee incident investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, and continuously improve SHEQ systems and plansRepresent Ventia in client engagements, demonstrating credibility and thought leadership in SHEQ mattersABOUT YOUYou are a confident and experienced SHEQ professional with a proven track record in high-risk industries such as infrastructure, construction, or facilities management.
