Team Leader Environmental Monitoring North / West Auckland
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage a team of compliance staff while providing high-quality and customer-focused compliance service for the district and regional consents that will lead to positive environmental outcomes for Auckland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the case management of all compliance in their area, including regional and complex consents, for overseeing the implementation of a risk management approach to guide the delivery of compliance services, and the provision of technical expertise to the team.

About You
You will enhance performance and efficiencies by managing workload, responding to ever-changing business needs, and by mentoring and coaching your staff, enabling them to reach their potential. The ideal person will have a related tertiary qualification, significant experience in a regulatory-related environment, and a demonstrated background in leadership. A current full clean driver's licence is essential.

Salary and Benefits : Salary ranges from $102,000 to $120,000 plus KiwiSaver and benefits.
