As a Customer Service Representative working in Auckland, New Zealand, you'll be a part of bringing humanity to business.
What You'll Be Doing
Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind?
You'll work to resolve the customer's issues before escalating to the next level.
Whether it's getting answers for customers quickly, supporting marketing of the client's products through brand welcome calls or annual service reminder calls, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
During a Typical Day, You'll
Communicate resolution / information to customers in a confident and knowledgeable manner.
Ensure all customer records are maintained with current information and accurate details relating to concerns raised.
Lead the resolution of customer complaints, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively prioritize customer concerns, actively escalating for assistance where required under defined company process.
Advocate for the customer to promote brand loyalty.
Investigate and recommend levels of financial assistance for customer claims.
Assist in special projects and participate in any other duties as requested.
What You Bring To The Role
High school certificate.
2 years of work experience in a customer–service role.
Recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer-service issues.
Computer savvy.

Working hours – 7 am to 3 pm – Monday to Friday.
